Up Date on John Nady illegal squatter on "Elem" Sacred Land of Origins owned by the Elem Sulphur Bank Band of Pomo Indians

Sovereign First California Native Americans settling at "Elem" 10,000-4,000 B.C. dubbed John " The Rattle Snake" Nady's No Clear

Title , Illegally Squatting, Illegally Desecrating, Illegally Prohibiting the ELem Tribal Members and U.C. Berkeley,California State

and Federally Recognized Archeological Experts from stepping foot on their OWN ELEM TRIBAL PROPERTY to assess all John

Nady and hired hand caused destruction of Elem Indian owned property illegally sold by Windflower Point Land Company's Curtis M.

Rocca III who was found guilty of fraudulent insider stock dealing in Federal Court in Arizona as well as being a C.E.O. Board

Member, and Accountant of a Long Island Corporation which was ordered not to continue doing business by a New York Federal Judgment

of similar fraudulent business practices.  This factual Public Data is available information on any WWW search engines for all to see.

Curtus M. Rocca III was quite aware that the so called Rattle Snake Island in Clearlake Oaks, California could not be built on

because it is in fact, the soul Property of The Elem Indian Nation.  The "Elem Property which only became an Island, hence separated

by Clear Lake Rumsey Scale higher water levels after the Lower Lake Dam was first built. This dam was blown up by non-Native American

residents of Lake County because they were outraged by the flooding of their lands. It was then rebuilt , once more. Lake County, California has gleaned property tax revenue by the illegally registering a private property tax number to a non-Elem Lake County Land Theft who had no Elem Pomo Tribal Bill of Sale, no clear tittle, nor deed, nor was it ever homesteaded. Lake County's Governing Bodies are very well aware that they have obtained tax revenue over most of the 20th Century to run the Lake County Government used for building roads, etc.  This illegal fraudulent taxation without legal representation on Elem Indian Tribal Land rightfully must be returned to the Elem Indian Tribe plus Interest , a handsome sum,

indeed!  Therefore the County of Lake continues to play dumb and play hid and seek with the General Public Citizenry as well as with

the Only Dual American Citizens of Elem by claiming not to be aware that the Elem Ancient Land of Origins has anything unique about

it!  Mr. John Nady may have paid for this land from the last one to pay Lake County Property taxes for Rattle Snake Island while knowing full well that no one has ever been given permission to build on ELEM

by the Sovereign Tribe who has always owned from Genesis!  The Tribe of Elem has made this perfectly clear many times over the years

by Encamping on Elem a.k.a. Rattle Island in 1969 and 1979 as well as many other times for Sacred Religious Traditional "Big Head" and

"Shake Head" Religious Rites of Healing and the gathering of rare, found to be unknown any place else on the planet in medical and

herbal Native Elem Historical and Cultural Heritage Natural Resources which is protected under the United States of America's

Constitution outlining the Sovereign Rights, and Religious Rights of All Native American Indians, as well as All Other Rights

outlined as dual citizens, including the rights to property, bearing arms, the right to vote, the right to protest and

assemble,the right to freedom of speech, the right to representation, the right to protect and defend all private property owned by private soul or group members, the rights of Native Americans also includes the right to

self determination and many other rights under U. S. Federal Laws passed by U.S. Congress. Native Americans are also recognized by

The United Nations agreed upon Environmental Protections. John Nady decided to hire hands to dredge , build boat docks and ramps,

three buildings, a lodge, a warehouse, and homes over time lengths unknown by purposely not applying for Lake County Building

Permits, intentionally, because he did not want the Elem Pomo Tribe or the General Public to read the Legal Notice required to be

published in the Newspapers. With two septic system permits gained , yet no building permits, he deceptively informed the Lake County

Building Department that he is only building a barn warehouse and out buildings. He is also very aware of his breaking of many laws

, this time around, since he has broken these laws before in Emeryville,California where he built Nady Systems World Headquarters on Shellmund Street, SHELL MOUND STREET by ignoring Alameda County, California

State and U.S. Federal laws by ignoring, denying, and destroying a very important San Francisco Bay Area Native American Protected

by law Ancient Archeological, California Native Cultural Heritage, and Native America Indian Sacred Site! Evidently, John Nady

thinks he is above the laws of the land, only written and passed for the rest of us to abide by! He thinks his Big Money can pay off

anyone, from fines, to illegal contracting.    He knows very well what he's been doing to Elem Tribal Sovereign Land and

unfortunately was misguided by the last slick fraud that sold Nady a useless phony deed recorded by a crooked member of the Lake

County Government, when ever, by who ever! It is very interesting to note that in Saco, Maine taking precedence, crooked real estate

agents have sold Native Maine Tribal Land to Dummies for fishing lodges, cabins, and retirement homes summer after summer for decades. Some of these real estate victimized new landowner (sic)"dummies" then go as far

as to build houses on the property.  No Maine local resident say a word to stop them from building!  They just wait till it's time to

move in to their new digs as the Maine State Troopers arrive demanding all keys, and handing them over to the Maine Indian Tribes

to move in. It saves the Federal Government lots of money for new Native Maine Tribal Housing. It fosters income taxes from

real estate commissions. It gives local Maine Lawyers some new cases to feed their families, where not many lawsuits otherwise are a

plenty, and it gives the local Maine-i-yaks something to annually die laughing over, and keep those New Yorkie, Taxachusetts,

Connecticut Yankees a reason to stay put in the other five New England States where they belong!  Another precedence took place in the

1970 when Massachusetts Retirees snatched up land on Cape Cod's Town of Mashpee!  The retirees never bothered to pay for a fully completed title search of the land they paid for, and went right ahead and even hired Mashpee Indian Labor to build their retirement Cape Cod Salt Box with Farmers Porch Entry Ways and attached two car automatically opening two car heated garages!  Hundreds of retirees "Real Estate Scammed for Dummies" homes were given outright to

the Mashpee Indian Tribes by unanimous votes by the State of Massachusetts when the Mashpee and Wompapog Tribes proved ownership!

Just ask Teddy Kennedy!  Ex-First Lady Jackie Kennedy Onasis owned her Cape Cod Summer Cottage "Mansion" on Martha's Vineyard next

to the Gay Head Native American Indian Tribe near the Gay Head Cultural Heritage Clay Cliffs on Nantucket Sound. They freely walked

will. John Nady needs to be educated, yesterday, informing him that Elem Indian Colony. been sold like Manhattan by the Elem Tribe to anyone, ever!  So, how come Nady insist on squatting on Elem Tribal Land and

destroying it to boot?  Nady knows exactly what happens when he violates Native East Bay Shell Mound Archeological Pre-historical

U. S. Registered and Protected under all laws sites in Emeryville, California. So, what's up?  Is Nady going to be held accountable?

Is he going to build his Corporate Executive Fantasy Island he paid to a convicted stock fraud?  Is he going to become partners with

the Elem Sovereign Tribe and stop work for mandatory archaeological studies and recognize all of the 80 years of U. C. Berkeley experts studies of Rattle Snake Island presented to our Snows Vineyard recent faux pas of

arrogant devastation?  Is John Nady ready , willing and able to give the Elem Tribe full legal jurisdiction of ELEM LAND of ORIGINS?

Is he going to right his wrongs this desvatation round?  Maybe he's busy building the New Elem Central and is planning on putting up

a small part of Nady Systems Trillions in yearly 100 Country Nady profits as a tax right-off. Or like Donald Trump when he realized

that his constant battle in fighting law suit battles to keep Indian Gaming to a minimum, so called threatening his Atlantic City

profiteering, couldn't lick em so he joined them, M.O.  Investigation Developer of Indian Gaming with the added tax shelter Indian

Sovereign Nation Duty Free Zone to utilize to dance all the way his way to his Swiss Bank Accounts?  Is the rich guy going to fit

through the eye of a needle, and become a changed Saul into Paul? Or is he going to remain self serving, hell bent,on acting totally ignorant and mindless as he hands over the keys to the Elem Indian

Tribe as a  Red, White and True Blue Good Samaritan , adopted into the Tribe as a full blown member of the human race and truly

aware that he is, in fact,his true brothers keeper?  The Elem Nady Rez Bridge, from ELEM to the Elem Indian Colony, and onward, to

the Elem Bradley Sector of the Rez , and, above all, The Native American Tribes of Lake County are the richest Lake County Natural

Resources we have been blessed with, if we would only open our eyes!  Or are we afraid to allow the Native Lake County Tribes to

take their rightful station with honor, with the guilt ridden examples that they have suffered, if we give them an inch they'll take a

mile, and another mile, like the looter pale faces did to them?  I don't think so! Fore one thing, the Native Americans may have

lost much of their beautiful culture prohibited to practice in the past!  Yet, praise the Lord, this time around they still have retained enough of their self knowledge tempered by their great suffering, to

know enough not to emulate their oppressors, and have great compassion for all others , simply because they understand to pain that

they would not ever wish unto anyone! By honoring our Native American Brothers, Sisters,Cousins, Aunts, Uncles,Children,

Grandchildren ,Grandmothers, Grandfathers and all peoples , we honor our own capacity to Love One Another as we have all be taught!

It's about time,we , ALL,practice what we preach and listen intently to the lessons our ancestors never bothered to learn from Wise

Old and Noble Native Americans who have been breached beyond words! Hey John Nady, if you need a beautiful big bright red ribbon to

tie around ELEM a Tax Deduction right off from Nady Systems for you Christmas Presentation to the Elem Tribe, I've got one awaiting

Oaks Tree Designs clearly evident by looking at the real land formations available to all on Terraserver and G.I.S. Aerial

Photography?  Is thus the man who refuses to use the most modern concepts of responsible organic grape farming which will not

cascade down our slopes with pesticides and toxic chemical fertilizers to contaminate our Clear Lake further?  What  about the

erosive hillsides stripped of the very Live Oaks Roots that have held the hillsides together for generations, too late to save, too

long to replace, too bad for all including a bit of shade for a lowly farm worker to cool off for a lunch break!  Too bad that us

neighbors now have to feed the protected gray squirrels that now beg for food with all of their acorns gone!  Too bad we all have to

suffer constant pay-outs of Our Lake County Tax Cashe to buy more grapevine roots for the Grape Glut Market Last of the  Mow-Hooligans who plant, rant, detour, litigate, and gate their new digs into Private Off Limits

check Point Charlies, and who don't givea hoot about the needs of safety to other motorist,children,wildlife,or privacy!  What are

these Piggies thinking by dressing up in Tuxedos welding jewel hill top walking sticks as the New Clearlake De-Oaked Kings of the

Hills? Don't they understand, being good neighbors is is to their own benefit as well as to others who share the very ground they hog

as theirs and theirs alone?  There is far more than one way to peel a grape and skin a wild cat!  God willing, their grape harvest

will not turn into vinegar,and their vintage be held in high esteem in reputation on the World Market!  Yet, then again, some have

forgotten the grass roots option to Boycott them into human beings of humility , who recognize that we neighbors are the very

members of consumers they are courting to buy their Ultimate Private, Blended !

and Rare Stock Vintage, as Caesar Chevez succeeded in California Grape Boycotts that no, North East Yankee would buy at the Packie if

Caesar didn't want them to buy! So shape up Grape Stompers who choose to lose by stomping on those who walk on the rich green earth
