These are short term trainings for individuals and wellness professionals. A new series of workshops that provide practical information and counselling on herbal remedies and nutritional healing for common ailments. There is a certificate of professional hours available, see the director. Potential 50 hours of coursework credit awarded to students who complete all classes and class assignments in this series - can be counted toward completion of the HHP program!

Open to anyone interested in Alternative Medicine, this training will provide an in-depth and highly experiential study of the Subtle Body or Quantum Energy Body. The physical body is the most concrete form through which the formless soul or personal essence can manifest. Unresolved, surpressed material causes fragmentation of the self, progressing toward self-destructive habits, accidents or disease. The body is a faithful recorder of personal history. The issues and difficulties we encounter in our lives become stored in the intelligent structures of our selves/cells. Polarity Therapy, Transpersonal Breathwork, imagery and metaphor (Hypnosis), and Creative Visualization as well as other holistic bodywork modalities demonstrate that long forgotten traumas can be elicited from the body, and resolved.
