Theresa Pack, BA, HHP Instructor and Founder Theresa began her career in holistic health when  she was guided to Bruce Burger's School where she found her new life's work: to facilitate personal growth and healing through gentle, natural, and experiential body based healing. Theresa combined her training at Heartwood with previous rebirthing experience and training from Leonard Orr's Rebirth International Trainings at Inspiration University and started a private practice offering both massage and rebirthing.
She found the work rewarding and enlightening and in 1988 opened the Center for Spiritual Integrity and Culture, a small but successful rebirthing and massage school, which she owned and operated for five years. In 1993 the Center for Spiritual Integrity and Culture became the state approved and licensed Mendocino School of Holistic Massage and Advanced Healing Arts, offering numerous classes in complimentary medicine and whole body wellness. Theresa has been involved and gaining experience in alternative healing modalities, as both a client and a practitioner, for over 20 years. Her dedication to health in her own life and pursuit of knowledge has led her to become a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and to acquire certifications in advanced massage, polarity therapy, rebirthing, hypnosis, aromatherapy, homeopathy, and mind-body healing. Theresa remains committed to wholeness and wellness. She continues to take classes in holistic health and to research her field to maintain the high quality curriculum offered at the Mendocino School of Holistic Massage and Advanced Healing Arts. She is an inspiring and motivating teacher. |
