The Jurgens Chronicles

By Margret Jurgens

Question posed by Margaret Jurgens: The park is now to be built where you post Architectural plans on your Re-Develpemeny Website?
So are you planning to spend $ 250,000 on a park and later build your mall? No, it will now be a Park because of general concessus to have one in light of the family beach boat launch not included at the Oaks Beach!   Later, then, will it become a mall, apartment or condo complex?  Kelly Cox: THE WEBSITE PLANS ARE JUST A CONCEPTUAL IDEA!  Next question, not allowed, ( when Kelly Cox said he didn't know what could be done to inhance economic jobs in the Oaks)  That question stopped by Roger Hue de Laroque's temper tantrum would have been: "Mr. Kelly Cox, couldn't Clearlake Oaks residents by employed to install said Family Park?  I did manage to ask
briefly, later:  Couldn't the 250,000 dollars now available be spent more wisely by buying us a Clearlake Oaks year round community , Indoor activities Center inclosed Wall and Roof Park or Large All Purpose Barn, County purchasing the materials Old Style American Community Barn Raising , or even labor paid out for jobs on that particular site, which may in the future be even become our New Town Hall when we declare our Independence as a American Incorporated Township, no longer controlled by the County of Lake as our abusive Tax Hiking Re-developement pay for 20 years into the future Foster Parents, completed with even a White Collar Criminal Holding Tank or is this only open to build a Park for closed bidding Contractors as a Lake County Souper's Pet Re-Elect Gary Lewis Pilot Projectile into the guarantee of Gary Lewis'es Future Economic Developing Security of Employment?  The Clearlake Oaks Town Citizens at Large are not pleased with the L.C. B. S. eternal!
The B.S. still methane gases have gotten to the point that we pray that no one will strike a match to ignight  the Gary "The Loo" Lewis Pilot, especially when our very lives are being threatened by lack of any emergency support to our Clearlake Oaks, forced to cut back Fire Squad Community Needs! That Family Park could well be our Emergency in case of Fire Family Meeting Designated Spot for head counts!
