HERNDON CREEK FARM

About Us

Jim & friend

Herndon Creek Farm is relocating to Tacoma Washington near the University of Puget Sound. While we are no longer a working farm, we still offer spinning fiber, from alpaca to yak, and one of a kind handmade wooden tools for the spinner and weaver as well as all the fine Ashford products. We have added organic colored and white cotton roving from Sally Fox this year as well as her colored Merino roving. Another new item for this year is Orvus washing paste, packaged in 8 oz. containers. Orvus is pH neutral and is the best for not only your finest textiles, but is great for washing fleeces.

With this move, Pam and I will be simplifying our lives, it will give us more time to enjoy some of the other things in life as well as travel a little, at least that's what it says in the small print. We will continue to participate in fiber conferences and shows on the West Coast and look forward to seeing the many friends and customers who have supported us over the years.

Look for us at the following shows. NwRSA June 5-8 in Salem OR, CWFF Sept. 11-14 in Boonville CA, OFFF Sept. 27-28 in Canby OR and Natural Fiber Fair in Redway, CA.

The phone contact for us in Tacoma is (253) 761-5115 and in California it is (707) 274-3334.
