Troop 122 Committee Notes

Dear Troop 122 families,

Just a reminder about troop committee meetings now that the school year has started up again.

The committee handles the "business" side of the troop, such as finances, adult training, etc. Normally we try to meet the third Tuesday of the month at 7 PM at the church, as you can see on the calendars that were sent home Monday night (ask your scout if you didn't see the calendar.)

This month, we had to move the meeting to Thursday the 18th at 7 pm , at the church and usually in one of the upstairs classrooms, due to schedule conflicts - so if you can make it we'd be glad to see you! I hope that starting next month most if not all families will be able to have a parent make it to the committee meeting.
